How much does shipping cost?
Rates will vary depending on the products ordered and the shipping address. You can view shipping charges before checking out by going to the checkout page and choosing the Estimate Shipping Cost option.
Do you ship your products outside of the United States?
We currently ship our products in the all 50 states and Canada for consumer orders. Our bulk product is available to ship both domestically and to export markets. Please contact our customer service department at 1.800.836.3972 for bulk orders. Customers are responsible for the Duty and Taxes.
Can you ship chocolate coated product during the summer months?
We do not currently ship chocolate covered product during the summer months due to the risk of product melting during delivery. Please watch our website for shipping availability. They are worth the wait!
Will adding chocolate covered products to my order change the shipping time?
We recommend to not include chocolate covered products in your order if temperature at shipping address will be above 80 degrees in the next 7 days. Shipping of your order may be delayed to prevent melting of the product in transit.
What if I’m not satisfied with your products after I get them home?

Can my retail store carry the Cherry Bay Orchards brand of products for reselling?
Yes you can. Please contact our customer service department at 1.800.836.3972 or email us at cs@cherrybayorchards.com and we will gladly work with you to find an option that fits your needs.
Where else can I purchase your products other than the website?

Do you sell your products in bulk or larger containers other than what is on your website?

Can I store your dried fruit in the freezer?
We recommend storing dried fruit in the refrigerator in an air tight container. It can be stored in the freezer, though we recommend trying a small test batch and thawing in the refrigerator to keep the fruit tasting its natural best. Cherry Concentrate can be kept in the freezer before or after opening. It will not freeze solid but become very thick.
You have an allergen statement on your products. What does that mean?
Our chocolate coated products may contain peanuts, tree nuts and wheat.
Do you sell unsweetened and/or organic dried fruit products or concentrate?
Our cherry concentrate is all natural with no added sweeteners. We do not sell unsweetened or organic dried fruits online. Please call our customer service department at 1.800.836.3972 or email at cs@cherrybayorchards.com for complete product availability.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All of the Cherry Bay Orchards Dried Fruit products have a shelf life of one year from the date they are produced if stored as recommended on the label (with the exception of White Chocolate product that has a shelf life of 180 days). Bottled Cherry Concentrate has a shelf life of 18 months from the date it is produced. Product may have less than one year by the time it is shipped. Refridgerate after opening and consume within 30 days

Why doesn’t your concentrate need to be refrigerated prior to opening like the other’s I’ve seen or purchased?
We use a hot fill pasturization method to ensure product quality, protect shelf life and eliminate the need to refrigerate prior to opening.
Does heat filling eliminate or reduce some of the nutrients and benefits of the cherry juice?
None that we are aware of.
Is the Cherry Concentrate Pasturized?
Yes, we use a hot fill pasturization method.
Is there sugar added to the Cherry Concentrate?
There is no sugar added, 100% natural.
Are there any preservatives in the Cherry Concentrate?
No, the product is 100% tart cherry juice concentrate.
How much Cherry Concentrate is a serving?
1oz or 2 TBSP is the standard serving. Mix with 6-8oz of water or other beverages.
How many servings are in a bottle of Cherry Concentrate?
16 in the 16 ounce bottle and 32 in the 32 ounce bottle
How much cherry juice can I drink a day?
1-2 servings per day
How do I mix the juice?
Add 1oz or 2 TBSP to water or your favorite beverage. There is a is a serving gauge on the side of the bottle to assist with pouring the proper amount into your beverage.
